We are glad to be able to offer two unique coffees from exactly identical beans, only differentiated by their processing. This Ethiopia Yirgacheffe is a brilliant balance of traditional coffee and exciting fruit notes, with atypically low acid. The profile features a sweet or candied apricot (or you could even convince us of orange). However, for a novice coffee drinker or if you are not paying enough attention it comes across as sweet and balanced, making it an accessible cup. However, more attentive drinkers will see this as a moving target. As the cup transitions from hot to room temperature to cold, you will experience unique profiles including brighter kiwi or richly sweet pineapple. This is a great coffee for anyone to appreciate, just make sure to give it the time!
